ABA Home-based
Star Academy strives to make it feasible for families across the globe to have access to our world class ABA services. We have been trained by leading international experts and offer the highest standards of ABA services. We serve families in England, Seychelles, Mauritius, Rwanda and Australia just to name a few. Our ABA Therapists are able to come to where you are based and work with your child and implement ABA. You would need to provide them with accommodation and 7 hours of work a day. Our instructors undergo extensive theory and practical training to be qualified to do ABA. Our team have continuous training throughout their employment at Star Academy with International Board Certified Behaviour Analysts. You will be part of the interviewing process to determine which Therapist will be the best fit for your family. Our staff love to travel and are even more passionate about delivering quality education programs to children with Autism and special learning needs around the globe.
School facilitation
ABA Services are provided at various locations including at home, in the community, at mainstream school or remedial school or elsewhere depending on the specific needs of the child. Some children attend regular or remedial school in the morning with our ABA Therapist and then have home based ABA sessions.
Via Zoom/WhatsApp
Our ABA trained instructors will log onto Zoom daily to direct the sessions. In addition, the case manager will navigate and rely on a comprehensive Developmental Curriculum and online portal to remotely manage your child’s progress and rate of skill acquisition. No matter where on the spectrum your child presents, it is worth trying the Zoom platform to determine if your child could benefit. Many parents employ an Aupair who facilitates the child during the sessions with our ABA Therapist daily.
Coaching & support
Through the Zoom platform, we are able to successfully conduct parent training. We will customise a goal directed program to secure your child’s skill acquisition remotely. When in persons sessions are not always possible, we can rely on the Zoom platform to direct the parents on how to draw on the principles of ABA to target skills such as toilet training, feeding, language and communication, social skills and more.

We have two options available to you:
- We conduct ABA sessions successfully via Zoom or any alternative online platform.
- Our highly trained Therapists can travel internationally to your family and work with you at home.
- We conduct School Facilitation where our ABA Therapist attends regular or remedial school with your child.
- We also offer parent training via Zoom to help you draw on the skills of ABA to target certain skills.

What is Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)?
ABA is endorsed by the American Academy of Paediatrics and the US Surgeon General. It is regarded as a medical necessity and a scientific and evidence -based treatment for autism. The methodology has been time-tested and proven to be successful throughout the lifetime of individuals with autism.
Many studies have established that intensive ABA can improve outcomes for many children on the spectrum. “Intensive” and “long term” refer to programs that provide 25 to 40 hours a week of ABA for more than 1 year. These studies show gains in intellectual functioning, language development, daily living skills and social functioning.
